Refund Policy

Effective October 25, 2026
14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your Licensed subscription, email us within 14 days of the charge — initial purchase or a renewal — and we'll refund it.

1. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you purchased under, or your Paddle order/receipt number, and we'll process it directly. You can also use the "Get help" link on the receipt Paddle emails you at checkout — Paddle is our merchant of record and can issue the refund on our behalf.

2. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer, but it's typically a few business days.

3. What a refund means for your license file

Because license.dat validates fully offline — no activation server, no phone-home — we have no way to remotely revoke it once issued. If you request a refund, we ask that you stop using the licensed features in good faith: delete license.dat, or drop back to the free evaluation tier (capped at 3 users). We run this on trust; abusing it is the one thing that would make us rethink the no-phone-home design for everyone else.

4. Subscription renewals

A license is an annual subscription that renews automatically each year unless you cancel first. The 14-day window applies to every charge, including renewals — so a renewal you didn't mean to keep is refundable too, within 14 days of that charge. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

5. Evaluate before you buy

The free evaluation tier is fully functional — Windows Service, certificates, GUI, all of it — capped only at 3 users, with no time limit, specifically so you can confirm the Software works for you before paying anything.
